When it comes to population, Salt Lake City and London aren't exactly similar.

In 2010, London had a population of 7.75 million, according to london.gov.uk. London is the capitol of England, as well as the U.K. It's also the most populated city in the U.K.

In 2010, Salt Lake City had a population of just 186,440, according to the U.S. Census. Salt Lake City is the capitol of Utah and has the highest population of any city in the state.
