The more people exercise, the less likely they are to be overweight. Being overweight can cause insurance costs to drastically increase. Increasing daily exercise is a good way to stay fit and healthy. Healthy bodies are much less likely to get sick, because they have stronger defenses.

Number 6 is my favorite! All of them are great suggestions, but it is always a good idea
to have a health savings fund, because no matter how good your insurance is, there are
still situations that will arise where you will need more money to cover your expenses.
This article is super helpful and everyone should make a copy of it and keep it near their
insurance contract!
