The largest employers in the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton metropolitan area are in the nondurable goods and health services and social assistance industries. Women in these two sectors make 73.8 percent and 71.8 percent less than men earn on average, respectively.

Doesn't surprise me at all. Now lets see a study about how religious affiliation can help or hinder someone in the job market. Any guesses as to where Utah would be in that statistic?
