Having an extensive background in real estate commercial development, I'm curious to learn how the development owners mitigated Sunday closings per the CC&Rs, knowing full well the owners can enforce Sunday closing adherence with each of their tenants. Otherwise, is Sunday commerce alive and well once again in downtown SLC?
Shocked there are not better restaurants...
Love the stores coming though --
'Love Culture'?? I guess they don't sell hair brushes.
What no Victoria Secret?
Excellent coverage on this, thank you.
List?
Not exactly.

No thanks.
When can we get a Trader Joe's??
City Creek looks flashy for now, but I don't think it will age well. It will become passé in another 15-20 years, just like the old ZCMI Mall did. Too bad they didn't build it with real charm and character.
