Sloan wasn't drafted after a successful career at Texas A&M. He has played three seasons in the NBA for the Atlanta Hawks, New Orleans Hornets, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Indiana Pacers. His most impressive stretch came with the Cavaliers in 2011-12 when he averaged 6.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists in 25 games (11 starts).

To this point in his career, he has averaged 3.6 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.9 assists in 104 games.

I have no doubt that Hayward would be a higher ranked player here if he had gone to the Pacers instead of the Jazz. George has been outstanding at times, but he has benefited from playing on a more experienced team. Even Larry Bird thought that George and Hayward were good choices for both teams coming out of the draft, and some thought he wanted to pick Gordon. Do this same analysis in two years. I'm guessing Hayward and Favors will be higher. I wonder what Coach K's rankings would be.
