How is David Archuleta worth 30,000 - 50,000???

I once hired Nickleback to perform at my cousins birthday. They were terrible I asked for a refund but they never gave me my nickle back.

I sure hope that is $3.50-$7.50 for Bo Bice. However, that may even be too much. Why does the DNews have an article on David Archeleta about every other day? The rest of the country isn't even aware of him.

Alex T,

"How is David Archuleta worth 30,000 - 50,000???"

Because someone is willing to pay it. Economics 101. Just because you might not be willing to pay that much for him doesn't mean someone else isn't.

not sure what's going on in Nevada, but Texas and Maryland are well aware of David Archuleta. Still couldn't afford him at my wedding!

I bet you that 90% of those that put out thousands, just for music, will be in the divorce courts a few years later. What a waste of money.

I have to agree. Nothing at all against him personally, but there are lots of talented but unsung heroes, in and out of the Church, who sacrifice time and talents, and I don't know why just because one of them is famous we have to idolize him. I"m glad he used the talents God gave him; many others do the same.

I am now saving up my money to get David at my wedding. He is good.

Just send him an invitation to the reception, making it look like you are a distant relative. Rent a Karaoke machine. If he shows you may be able to encourage him to sing a few songs. As a backup, have a CD of his greatest hits. Apply the $30K that you have saved for a down payment on a house. You might even get lucky and he brings a gift for the bride and groom.

Well. I am very careful with money. But. That's a pretty ignorant comment my friend. Some people have tons of money. And they can afford it. We're not talking your everyday dentist either. Bigger money.

David Archuleta would be a wonderful wedding guest and well worth the money. His voice is better than any other singer on this list in my opinion for wedding type music.

He'll sing in Church for free and charge thousands for a wedding.
HMMMMMM,
I think hiring a DJ sounds like a much better option.

Everybody should watch "The Wedding Singer". It's a cute movie and the $1.25 paid to Redbox would be money better spent.
