LOGAN — Utah State University will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening for the Wayne Estes Center on Wednesday at 1 p.m. The public is invited to the event and tours will be available until 3 p.m.

The Wayne Estes Center is the latest in a recent run of athletic facility overhauls at Utah State. Here is a quick look at what has been added in the past 15 years.

Great to see USU investing in athletics...

I think Gary Andersen and the success he brought, and the winning attitude he gave to those kids, and the success they are having has pushed the expansions and additions. Thanks Coach A!

It is a great time to be an Aggie!

Usu is a fun little regional program that I usually support. Most usu fans acknowledge they will never be the top program in the state and support Utah in that position. I don't watch many games because games against Wyoming, New Mexico, and unlv are painfully hard to pretend to get excited about(we know) but I want usu to do well none the less.

Nice little passive aggressive message Chris B. If you stop with just that comment, I won't even be that annoyed by you.

It's been fun to watch all of the new buildings go up. Left off of this list is the Laub indoor football practice facility. Soon to be on this list will be the massive luxury box cantilevered over the West bleachers. It's exciting! Scott Barnes, Gary Anderson, Stan Albrecht, and many others deserve a lot of credit. Aggie football is here to say and looks a lot like the Utah program did in the early 2000's.

It is amazing to me how Chris B strives to be the first to post on anything USU...why he wastes his time reading about the Aggies escapes me. Our nice little regional program is competitive in its conference... something that cannot be said about the U. We gave more football players NFL opportunities than his big time program, so we are doing something really right and it is a lot of fun cheering for a team that has a legitimate chance to win its conference and go to a bowl game. USU will never become a premier national program, but hopefully it can be an exceptional one compared to its peers. The same cannot be said for Utah, and occasionally (like two years ago) we actually beat the U. That is sweet.

Lol Chris is at it again! I thought he didn't care about little Utah State... why does he even comment around here? I would love for him to answer that question.

Does he actually think us Aggie fans need to be put in our place or something? That behavior reeks of insecurity coming from a "power" school like Utah.

U can have the PAC cellar, Chris. I'm happy near the top of the Mountain West (ya know, the league where U were actually relevant).

Where is the thanks to the students who have been charged ever increasing fees to pay for amenities used by so few. The new facilities are great but should come strictly from outside donations not by adding additional financial burden to students.
