The senior QB has thrown for 549 yards and four touchdown the last two games, including a 313-yard, two-TD performance in last week's win over Colorado State. Faulkner completed 14-of-26 passes for 184 and no interceptions against Stanford. His father, Tom, is a singer/songwriter who has penned more than 500 jingles, including the Baby Back Ribs jingle for Chili's restaurant.

Pretty impressive. Utah State had five or so impressive players, also. BYU almost lost to them. They will have their work cut out for them on Saturday. But I believe BYU will win big. They are due for a breakout game. I can't see Bronco being satisfied with the offense or the defense up to now. He will do some things to tweek the team and it will work, especially at QB. One glaring thing is the offensive center. He needs to concentrate on hiking the ball better. I believe he will.
