"The Maze Runner" series is a good read for young males. Pathfinder by Orson Scott Card is great, too.
I just finished Divergent, and I think it's at least as much a teen guy book as a teen girl book, just like Hunger Games (though less violent and depressing than the Hunger Games). I highly recommend both it and Supernaturally.
