One of Steve Smith's catches was his 800the in the NFL!. 800! That is more than Roy Jefferson, Marv Fleming and Kevin Dyson put together. (Fleming is in the NFL hall of fame) Additional comparison: Todd Christensen, 5 time pro bowler, had 461 catches. 800! What a career - What a Ute!

Several guys had big games this week, but I'm following your lead and calling Steve Smith the player of the week. It'll be interesting to see how his HOF bid goes, I've heard several national panels argue his merits and many think he belongs in the Hall but it's very tough for a WR to make it in.
