Last year's game in Provo was a bit of a low-scoring snoozer. This year, BYU's defense, while not as good as last year, should still give Utah State's offense some fits along the way. However, this is a home game for the Aggies. The crowd will be extremely volatile and hostile toward the visiting team, just like the last time BYU went to Logan, and that could play a large role in what happens Friday night.

When it comes right down to it, it will be Utah State's high-powered offense versus the Cougars' stingy defense. Now it's just a matter of who buckles first.

All three in-state teams fairly evenly matched. Great time for football in the state of Utah. Go Cougars!

I think the byu and Utah state game will bring a lot of by showing some of the great men who served mission's for there church .

I also think byu has a good defense that it will be interesting to see if thy can get to Utah stat's qb.

I also think it could be a long game if those on byu's o line don't protect Tyson hill !!!

I think this is gone to be a fun game !!!

Despite Utah State's rise recently, BYU has still beat USU last 2, 12 of the last 13, 22 of last 24. I love USU's team and root for them throughout the year, but I think BYU has their number. Without Gary Anderson, and an improving offense by BYU I think BYU will pull out the win here. This will be the toughest defense that USU faces all year.

You clearly haven't seen much of USC's defense. KVN is special, I'll give you that, but after that the dropoff in talent and ability is steep in comparison to USC. USC has a defensive roster full of players that could go toe to toe with KVN in speed, strength, and talent every day of the week, and twice on Sunday. BYU's defense is tough, but if USC can't keep Keeton and the USU offense out of the endzone, you can bet BYU won't be able to.
