Who came up with the headline? Best Airlines WHEN TRAVELING, what does that mean? Could it be as opposed to Airlines, when having lunch, best airlines, when sitting on the tarmack? I think folks would have understood perfectly to just leave the headline at Best Airlines for 2013, and assume people are there for the purpose of getting from one place to another.
