Because there is no sales tax, residents of oregon can's claim sales tax paid to other states in order to reduce state income taxes that are owed.

You may want to spellcheck your articles. "Deleware", for example, should be "Delaware".
Ummm....Alaska is NOT a U.S. state that offers no sales tax! The city of Anchorage does not have a sales tax, but everywhere outside of the Anchorage Municipality, sales tax exists.
