I just ran through the list and saw some fun info that relates to the current BYU football situation with a recovering Riley Nelson and healthy James Lark competing to start in the bowl game.
In 2005 Mr Football was Riley Nelson, QB for Logan. The 3A MVP was James Lark, QB for Pine View (St George).
Also of note is the 5A MVP that year was Mike Hague, RB for Brighton. It is too bad he was injured this year. He had been really helping the BYU defense.
Small world!!
Wagner is having an amazing rookie year placing in the top 10 linebacks in the NFL. It is also fun to see Turbin succeeding as a Seahawk.
Go Big Blue!!!
