How players with local ties played in Week 13 of the NFL
Week 13 was another interesting one for NFL players from Utah. Former Utah quarterback Alex Smith, who suffered a concussion a few week back, sat out again. The 49ers elected to start back-up Colin Kaepernick, who only recorded 204 yards and zero touchdowns in an overtime loss to the St. Louis Rams. Receiver for Carolina, Steve Smith, had a big game recording 120 yards and one touchdown. Also, Seattle's LB Bobby Wagner led his team with 11 tackles and also had a sack in Seattle's 23-17 overtime win over Chicago.
