Jeffrey D. Allred, Deseret News
Policy: There aren't any specific parking regulations with regard to snowfall for the winter season. The snowplows will maneuver around parked cars to clear the roads, according to city officials.
Fines: Warnings and fines will not be issued, but it is asked if any accumulation of snow is on the street to move the vehicle so the snowplow can clear it.
