What started as a battle of undefeated Region 3 teams followed a familiar script: Bingham coming away with a lopsided win. Stefan Cantwell threw three touchdowns to give the Miners a 21-0 lead before Riverton got on the board with a 75-yard scamper by Joey Jenson. An interception deep in the red zone ended Riverton's best chance to make the game close, though, as the Miners pulled away in the end. Brady Measom caught four TD passes for the Miners, while Harvey Langi found the end zone twice in the win.
