Katie Mattingley scored four of her six points in the last 20 seconds to lead the Knights to the huge upset win. Mattingley stole ball with 20 seconds left and scored a breakaway layup to tie the game. Northridge fouled Weber and after they made 1-for-2, Mattingley penetrated to put in another layup with 6.5 seconds that gave Northridge the victory.
