Millard advanced to the semifinals to face Richfield behind a stiff defense that did not allow ALA to score in double figures in any quarter. Whitney Holding had a big second quarter in which she scored eight of her game-high 13 points to open up a big lead that the Eagles never relinquished. Kelsey Davis finished with 10 points for Millard and Brooke Christensen chipped in with nine. ALA drops to the consolation bracket to face Juab and were led by Casandra Ascencio's eight points.
