Weber's Hayden Schenck easily led his team to the first-round victory as he nearly finished with a triple double finishing with 17 points, nine assists and eight rebounds. No. 3 Weber jumped out to a 15-4 lead after the first quarter, and pulled away for good outscoring West 40-25 in the second half.
Jaren McKnight added 15 points and Austin Tesch chipped in with 12 more as Weber shot 50 percent from the field and outrebounded West 43-31.
