Trailing 40-30 heading into the fourth quarter, Riverton rallied for the impressive quarterfinal victory by outscoring Alta 35-17 in the final quarter. D McCleary came up huge for the 'Wolves, scoring 28 points and knocking down 12 of 13 free throws to help ice the game. Bryce Stone chipped in with 12 points for Riverton, with first-round hero Stephen Holm adding 11 points.
In the loss, Alta was led by 13 points from Jarett Anderson and 12 from Dub Price.
