Springville totals

Timpanogos earned the 4A State Title Saturday thanks to the same gritty play that has defined the T-wolves this season. Led by point guard Mercedes Riggs, the T-wolves managed to pull away from a tough Springville squad. Riggs scored 19 points, grabbed three rebounds and earned six assists in the win. Jamaica Christensen added 12 points and Eternity Galeai scored eight points and grabbed nine rebounds.
The Red Devils were led by Malia Nawahine, who scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds. Savannah Park added nine points, two steals and two assists in the loss. It was an admirable run by the fourth-seeded team with just a single senior in the lineup.
