Senior Erica Olpin led the Warriors to the 5A state title game for the first time in school history with 23 points and four rebounds. Chantil martin added eight points, Cheyenne Tanner scored nine points and Erin Reichle scored eight points and grabbed five rebounds in the semifinal win.
The Silverwolves came back with an impressive defensive effort that resulted in nine steals. Jamie Smith led the team with 11 points, while Whitney Saunders scored nine points and grabbed seven rebounds. Gerika Ballard added another eight points in the loss.
