Riverton build a 16-point halftime lead and then held off West Jordan's furious rally in the fourth quarter to stun the No. 1 team in the state at the Riverton Winter Invitational. Bryce Stone led the way for Riverton with 22 points while D McCleary chipped in with 18 on four 3-pointers. West Jordan scored 12 straight points to start the fourth quarter to take a 53-52 lead, but Riverton quickly regained it and iced it from the free throw line. Jaden Jackson led West Jordan with 18 points, while Jordan Loveridge chipped in with 13, even though he only scored two points in the second half.
