- Where can I park for my event? Will there be a way back to my car?
In the marathon you will want to park at Rice-Eccles Stadium or at the Park Place by the EnergySolutions Arena depending on where you are picking the shuttle bus at. Those running the 10k will want to park in the areas surrounding Research Park at the University of Utah. We recommend arriving early to find the best parking locations. Those participating in the 5k walk can park at the Park Place by the Arena as well.
There will be specific shuttle buses taking people back to Research Park and Rice-Eccles Stadium and other buses taking people back to the EnergySolutions Arena. Walking back to the 10k start is only a little over a mile as well.

The Shilo Inn downtown is offering a $89.00 rate for all those running the marathon. If you want to stay in a hotel for the 10k, we recommend the University Park Marriott, as it is very close to the 10k start.
