Park-and-ride, TRAX schedules changing
Olympic park-and-ride schedules will be different for the last weekend of the Winter Games.
On Saturday, lots scattered around the valley set up to shuttle residents downtown will open at 11 a.m. rather than 2 p.m. For the one nearest your home, check www.rideutah.com or call 743-3882. The lot at the Redwood campus of Salt Lake Community College has been only about half full.
On Sunday, the park-and-ride shuttles will take people to Rice-Eccles Olympic Stadium only for closing ceremonies. There will be no downtown service. Lots open at 2 p.m.
Also on Sunday, the University TRAX line will stop running at 1 p.m.
