As the official food service supplier of the 2002 Winter Games, SYSCO Intermountain Food Service will deliver 7.82 million pounds of food over 18 days, including:
- 150,000 pounds of chili.
- 50,000 pounds of bananas.
- 15,000 pounds of rice.
- 1 million eggs.
- 580,000 hot dogs.
- 85,000 breakfast sausages.
- 80,000 steaks.
- 75,000 Danish pastries.
- 34,000 pieces of fruit.
