French win ice dance gold
With their tribute to America as the Land of Liberty, France's Marina Anissina and Gwendal Peizerat narrowly won the Olympic ice dancing gold medal Monday night.
Czech Republic 3, Canada 3, tie
Rarely has a tie felt more like a victory for Canada. Joe Nieuwendyk scored with 3 1/2 minutes left after Mario Lemieux scored twice as Canada rallied for a much-needed 3-3 tie with the Czech Republic in the Olympic tournament on Monday.
U.S. starts slow, then routs Belarus 8-1
All the pieces were in place for a stunning upset. Belarus had taken a 1-0 lead on the U.S. men's hockey team just 20 seconds into Monday's game, and its goalie, Andrei Mezin, was putting on a clinic, making 15 saves in the first period to maintain that edge.
Olympic tickets available?
With one week left in the Games, many people are asking 'What's left when it comes to tickets?' If you want to see an event, are you too late?

International Hospitality Centers
The first of dozens of Olympic hospitality centers in downtown Salt Lake has opened. See the report, and get a link to where the hospitality centers are located.

Olympic business
Ten days into the games, despite the crowds, few Salt Lake area retailers have found the Olympics to be a boon for business.
