Too dark for me.
SCOTT | Mar. 24, 1999
Hollywood filmmakers seem to think that anything graphic is
exciting. Two hours of relentless violence proved to be
boring. Mel was too dark, and so was everyone else,
although I enjoyed the acting of William DeVane and James
Coburn.
DENNIS ORGILL | Mar. 16, 1999
Too violent to be funny, too depraved to be cute.

DISAPPOINTED | Feb. 11, 1999
The big names in this movie would lead you to believe that
this would be a good movie. Wrong! It was too long to
enjoy it, the story line lacked some excitement, and the
needless violence and torture were enough to make me walk
out of the theatre.

This is a good action movie. Exciting and violent. It
could do without one or two of the torture scenes though--
they were a bit painfull to watch.
