This Guy is insane. Shows how much critics know. This movie is a time capsule of mid-1990's middle class black american women and is a delight to watch. It is truthful and emotional and this guys review stinks.

For once I agree with the critic's opinion. This movie was
pretty awful. I'd call it a turkey if it weren't for my
respect for many of its actors/actresses. This is clearly
a
"chick flick" (no guy would stomach this, surely), but do
women really like this crap?
