Reader comments: Wait Until Spring, Bandini
EDWARD BARILE | Jul. 5, 1999
I've read all of John Fante's books and this is one of his
best. The movie version is excellent and I recommend it for
anyone with Italian heritage or anyone who knows Italians.
It is a nostalgic look at times when work was hard to come
by and people lived as best they could. If you want to see a
really good movie, treat your self. And then read the books
of John Fante.
