it was funny
not one of Sandlers bests but I would see it again.
ANNONYMOUS | Jul. 27, 1999
I thought this was so funny! Adam Sandler was perfect in
this movie!
RICHARD | Mar. 30, 1999
Down right awful! Don't waste your time.
DENNIS ORGILL | Mar. 16, 1999
duh!

To whom it may concern,
Jeff Vice doesnt know a good movie when he sees one. He
constantly is degrading movies that are very high in
quality. I love to watch movies, i watch 3-5 a week, and
his reviews are off the wall. The waterboy was a good
comedy, and Enemy of the State was a very good movie, that
has a real place in todays society. Not every movie is a
one or two star, and i think he needs to lighten up. And by
the way, the car chase in the movie Ronin was the only good
part of the show, it doesnt make a movie.
Sincerely,
Jason Rowe

This was the funnies movie. I don't think Jeff Vice knows
what funny is. Obviously he has never laughed in his life.

Great movie!

Adam Sandler is in peak comedic form for this flick.
Although some of the movie was grossly un-necessary it made
me feel a little better about Adams work. This movie is a
must see for anyone that wants to laugh HARD.
KEVIN | Jan. 18, 1999
At times this gets hard to sit through as Adam Sandler's
character is just too silly. However, I found myself still
enjoying the comedy. DO NOT go in expecting anything but an
Adam Sandler flick and you'll be fine.
JOY | Jan. 6, 1999
I have to admit that I am not a large Adam Sandler fan
because of how crude he normally is...however, Waterboy was
a refreshing change. I found myself laughing extremely hard
when normally I wouldn't have at Adam Sandler. I would
recomend seeing this movie to judge for yourself, but as for
me, I found it extremely entertaining.
KIM VOORHEES | Jan. 1, 1999
I give it 1 1/2 stars. It had some funny parts. But it
was lame a lot. I bet those who liked it most were under
25 yrs. old. It was made for that target audience.
LAURIE | Dec. 25, 1998
I liked it just as much as the Wedding Singer. I laughed
really hard. It is worth going to see, especially if you
liked the Wedding Singer.
SHEREE | Dec. 23, 1998
I thought this was the best Adam Sandler movie I have ever
seen. It was hillarious! I almost wet my pants! Next to
the Wedding Singer this was the best movie ever! The movie
is more a teenage/ young adult kind of film. I recomed
everyone and anyone to see this, I promise that if you like
Adam Sandler then you will love this movie.
KENT HASTINGS | Nov. 30, 1998
Don't you dare miss it, that is if you are not some highly
sophisticated, self-righteous, unfun person.
I thought'The Mighty' was better and would be appropriate
for both the sophisticated and unsophisticated.
STAN GOODWIN | Nov. 27, 1998
The fact that so many Americans liked this movie really
scares me. Wake up people. Childish voices are not
funny. I mean, c'mon...haven't we seen this story
elsewhere, a million times. This is coming from a guy who
liked Happy Gilmore: do not go see this movie, it will only
dumb you down--if that is possible, America.
BRIAN SEAL | Nov. 26, 1998
all i can say that i is awsome and you have to go see it.
Adam Sandler is the funniest person in the world, don't
listen to the dumb guy that gives the review for this web
sit he is a A--hole. GO SEE WATER BOY!!!
BATCOMMANDER | Nov. 23, 1998
Anything with Adam Sandler is funny and this movie is no exception. Happy Gilmore was better but it was still good! Yahoo for school! Yahoo for me! I think that Deseret news should have one of the Pulse kids review teenagers movies and not have the "super critic" Jeff Vice give bad reviews to any movie for teenagers.
ANDY CROCKETT | Nov. 20, 1998
It was the bomb! It made me laugh, it made me cry, it made
me love football more. Sandler is the bomb. The Fonz
needed a jukebox to hit!
JOHN DOE | Nov. 18, 1998
It was not one of the best movies that I have seen. I would
not recommend it if you don't like him. though the Fonz was
great in it!
PHIL MCKREVICE | Nov. 14, 1998
It was a great film. I found myself laughing at things that
I did or have done in my own life. It is a good revenge
film
AMANDA | Nov. 14, 1998
I found the Waterboy very funny!! It's another one of those
Adam Sandler don't think movies. I found myself laughing at
alot of things cause there dumb things we al have done or
do. I thought it was a little too long for what it was but
kept me entertained just enough!
JENNIFER | Nov. 13, 1998
This was the FUNNIEST movie I have seen in a long time.
Adam Sandler was awesome and it was fun to see the Fonz
again.
DEE | Nov. 6, 1998
