Mack's Mustard Sauce for Salmon

Ingredients

Preparation time: 5 minutes plus marinating and cooking times
Yield: 4 servings


Directions

4 1-inch salmon steaks

4 fresh limes

Sauce:

2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard

2 tablespoon prepared mustard

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon salt

1-2 cups olive oil

Parsley flakes

Combine all ingredients for sauce; pour half sauce over salmon and marinate for 1 hour.

Place steaks on hot greased grill. Brush with reserve sauce. Squeeze juice from limes over steaks as they grill. Cook on each side 4-6 minutes of until steaks begin to pull away from bone.

Each serving contains 182 calories; 15 gm fat; 3 gm carbohydrate; 809 mg sodium; 53 mg cholesterol.
