Ingredients
8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 bottle salsa
8 sliced mozzarella cheese
Directions
Arrange chicken breasts in an oiled 12-inch Dutch oven. Pour salsa over the chicken. Cover oven and bake using 8-10 briquettes on bottom and 14-16 briquettes on top for 60-75 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through, basting chicken with salsa every 15 minutes.
Place slices of cheese on top of chicken 10 minutes before serving, allowing cheese to melt.
