Camp Cheese Cake

Ingredients

1 13-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 8-ounce package cream cheese (reduced-fat can be used)
1/3 cup lemon or lime juice
Graham cracker pie crust


Directions

Put the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Add the sweetened condensed milk a little at a time and beat until smooth and creamy with an electric beater. Add the lemon or lime juice slowly so that the mixture does not separate. Pour into a prepared graham crust and chill for several hours. Top with any pie filling or fresh fruit to garnish.
