Queso Dip

Ingredients

1 1-pound loaf Velveeta, cubed
1 10-ounce can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chiles


Directions

In a heavy saucepan, combine cheese cubes and Ro-Tel tomatoes ; stir over low heat until cheese melts. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or raw vegetables. Makes 3 1/2 cups.
