"Crab" Delight

Ingredients

2 cups raw almonds
3 stalks celery
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon non-pasteurized soy sauce
1-2 teaspoons kelp powder


Directions

Soak raw almonds overnight. Blanch if desired (for 30 seconds in hot water, then rinse with cold water). Chop nuts in blender to make paste. Remove from blender.

In blender, finely chop celery, red bell pepper and red onion. Mix with lemon juice, non-pasteurized soy sauce and kelp powder. Add to almonds.

Serve on sprouted grain bread, flaxseed crackers, in a salad or rolled in cabbage or lettuce leaves with avocado and tomato.
