Chicken Masala Curry

Ingredients
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
6 chicken breast halves (skinless and boneless)
1/4 cup low cholesterol oil
1 1/2 cups diced onions
2 teaspoons ginger paste
2 teaspoons garlic paste
2 teaspoons tomato paste
3/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Chopped green cilantro and paprika for garnish
Directions
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and mix a little bit. Set aside. Heat the oil. Saute onions 5 minutes. Add ginger, garlic paste and tomato paste, turmeric, cinnamon sticks and 1 tablespoon of water. Leave on low heat 5-7 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Add chicken, coriander, cumin and red chili powder and 2 tablespoons water in pan. Mix together lightly. Let simmer about 20 minutes. Add whipping cream, fold in very gently. To serve, sprinkle on a little paprika for color and garnish with cilantro.
