Chicken Apricot Crescent Bundles
Ingredients
1 package refrigerator crescent rolls
1 cans (5 oz.) chuck style chicken, drained and chopped
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup pecans
1/4 celery seed
1 package (3 ox.) cream cheese, softened
Directions
Unroll crescents and separate into 4 rectangles, sealing perforations. Combine chicken, Cheddar cheese, apricots, pecans and celery seed. Stir in cream cheese.
Spoon 1/4 of mixture in center of each rectangle. Bring corners over filling, pinching edges together to seal. Moisten corners if necessary.
Place on ungreased baking sheet; bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or untill browned. Cool 1 hour on wire rack. makes 4 servings. From Rep. Fred Upton Michigan.
