Chicken-Banana Delight

Ingredients
Primary nutrients: beta-carotene and protein.
1 whole boneless chicken breast
1/2 ripe banana
Directions
Remove visible chicken fat and any remaining skin. Be sure to look for and remove any bones. Boil chicken breast in pot of water for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (the chicken will appear white when fully cooked). Strain; keep 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Puree chicken in food processor. Add mashed banana and some broth to make a smooth, creamy consistency.
