Grilled Fruit with Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small to medium pineapple, peeled, cored and sliced 1/2-inch thick
3 ripe pears, peeled, halved and cored


Directions

For the sauce, combine sour cream, brown sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Combine melted butter and cinnamon. Grill fruit, basting with seasoned butter, until tender and golden brown. Serve warm or at room temperature with sour cream sauce. Makes 6 servings.
