Artichoke Dip: Easy Dilled Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter
1 package (0.9 oz.) hollandaise sauce mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon lemon juice


Directions

Melt butter in small saucepan; stir in sauce mix. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Return to heat; bring to boil, stirring constantly, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Stir in dill, lemon rind and lemon juice. Serve warm. Makes 1 1/4 cups, or 5 servings.

Each serving contains 177 calories; 23 gm fat; 5 gm carbohydrate; 163 mg sodium; 45 mg cholesterol.
