Faun's Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 pound ground pork
2 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon cloves
3/4 cup light cream
1 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons dehydrated minced onions
4 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cups apple jelly
1 cup ketchup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except jelly and ketchup; blend well. Roll into 1-inch meatballs. Place close together on jelly roll pan; bake at 350 degrees until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Makes 75 meatballs.
To store, freeze on baking sheet, then remove and place in freezer bags. To serve, place frozen meatballs in warming oven with sauce. Allow 4-6 hours simmering time on low temperature.
