Easy Cherry Cream Cheese Tarts

Ingredients

Preparation time: 30 minutes plus chilling
Yield: 24-36, depending on size

3 8-oz. packages cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 16-oz. cans cherry pie filling


Directions

Beat the first 4 ingredients until creamy. Set aside. Mix crumbs, sugar and butter and portion evenly into paper-lined muffin tins. Add cream cheese filling. Top with cherry pie filling. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Refrigerate.

Each serving contains: 131 calories, 8 g fat, 13 g carbohydrates, 81 mg sodium, 36 mg cholesterol.
