Voljuski Od Krumpira (Potato Dumplings)

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds potatoes
1 3/4 to 2 cups sifted flour
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
salt
Directions
Pare potatoes and cook until soft. Mash cooked potatoes until creamy. Add flour, salt and eggs and work into dough. Drop by spoonfuls into salt water. Bring to boil. Drain and place on a large platter. Brown bread crumbs and pour over dumplings, if desired.
Each serving contains 270 calories, 2 gm fat, 54 g carb, 373 mg sodium, 71 mg chol.
