Spinach Dip

Ingredients

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Yield: 4 cups

1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 16 oz. container sour cream
2 cups mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salad supreme


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Chill 2-3 hours. Serve with crackers or party rye.

Each tablespoon: 66.5 calories, 7 g fat, 1 g carb., 66 mg sodium, 7 mg cholesterol.
