Breakfast Sunshine Nectarines

Ingredients

4 fresh California nectarines, sliced
3/4 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
4 teaspoons packed brown sugar


Directions

Place each sliced nectarine into 4 individual casserole dishes or bowls. Spoon 3 tablespoons yogurt over each. Sift brown sugar evenly on top. Garnish as desired. Makes 4 servings.

Each serving contains 103 calories, .7 g fat, 23 g carb, 36 mg sodium, 1 mg cholesterol.
