Soy-Ginger Marinade

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar (or Mirin, a Japanese cooking wine)
2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
Directions
Mix all ingredients and pour over meat or seafood for at least 30 minutes. Grill.
