Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
Yield: 8 servings
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/3 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
4 small fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 4-ounce bottle artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Sliced sourdough bread
Directions
In medium ovenproof bowl combine all ingredients except bread and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm on sliced sourdough bread.
Each serving contains 92 calories, 5 g fat, 6 g carb, 305 mg sodium, 12 mg cholesterol.
