Watermelon Blueberry Banana Split

Ingredients
2 large bananas
8 "scoops" watermelon
1 pint fresh blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla lowfat yogurt
1/4 cup crunch cereal nuggets or granola
Directions
Peel bananas and cut in half crosswise; cut each piece in half lengthwise. For each serving, lay 2 banana pieces against sides of shallow dish. Place watermelon "scoop" at each end of dish. (Using ice cream scoop, scoop balls of watermelon. Remove seeds if needed). Fill center space with blueberries. Stir yogurt until smooth; spoon over watermelon "scoops." Sprinkle with cereal or granola. Makes 4 servings.
Each serving contains 186 calories, 1g fat, 44g carb, 66mg sodium, 1mg cholesterol.
